The department is equipped with Modern Neonatal Ventilators, Incubators, Monitors and Overhead Warmers. Neonatal Unit at Bishop Benziger Hospital is having fully functional Ventilators, Incubators, monitors and over head Warmers. Our neonatal unit had successfully ventilated both inborn and out born babies and also several exchange transfusions.


          The unit has 18 beds with a dedicated 1:3 nursing, with one of the best survival rates in our state. We have conducted several inhouse training programmes and also training programmes for other nurses under the aegis of the natural neonatology forum.
